Poznańska 6/4), through the Foundation’s communication channels, including: social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), the Foundation’s website, newsletter, and informational and summary materials related to the event (photo report, video report, summary post).   This consent applies exclusively to communication related to this specific event. My image will not be used in any other promotional or training materials of the Foundation. 9 I consent to the transfer of my image recorded during the event “Diversity Breakfast —Neurodivergence as a measure of universal needs and solutions” on June 22, 2026, by the Diversity Hub Foundation to Bain Global Business Services Center, with its registered office in Warsaw at Al. J. Ch. Szucha 19, 00-580 (hereinafter “Bain”), and to its dissemination by Bain within Bain’s internal communication channels, in particular the intranet, internal newsletters, as well as internal presentations and communication materials available exclusively to Bain employees. This consent applies exclusively to Bain’s internal communication. My image will not be published in Bain’s external channels (including Bain social media, publicly accessible Bain websites, or press materials) without separate additional consent. This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Bain at: DataPrivacy@bain.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. This consent applies exclusively to publications related to the event “Diversity Breakfast —Neurodivergence as a measure of universal needs and solutions” held on June 22, 2026. My image will not be used in other Bain marketing or recruitment materials. This consent is fully voluntary and independent from the other consents. It may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Bain at: DataPrivacy@bain.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal; following withdrawal, Bain will promptly remove the image from active publications in external channels.
